From Kasana we moved to Maun, where we slept on a campsite. We went by small boats, called mokoros, on the Okavango river into the Okavango Delta. We camped in the middle of the delta while being surrounded by wildlife. We partied at night in the pooring rain to scare the animals away. We succeeded I guess, because when we did a game walk the next morning there was hardly any wildlife to see...

Not far from the Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) lies Kasane (Botswana). We went for a boat trip on the Chobe river. The Chobe National Park is the third largest park of Botswana and known for its large elephant population. It was impressive to see a group of elephants crossing the river right in front of us.
