When we were in Rome my sister and I went to Vatican city, the smallest country in Europe and home to the catholic church. While we were there it was very crowded because of the canonization of a former pope. People were already occupying their spots on the Piazza San Pietro the day before the actual canonization. We returned next day hoping to see the pope preaching for the crowd. It was an useless attempt because all streets around the Piazza San Pietro were full packed with religious people.
